Your booking includes venue access, in-house catering, event staffing, standard furniture, tableware and setup. Any additional styling or custom requirements can be discussed during planning.
Yes. We can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-friendly options. These details are confirmed during the planning process to ensure all guests are well looked after.
Yes! Tastings can be arranged as part of the booking process. This allows you and your partner to experience the menu and finalise selections with confidence.
We have a talented events team at our finger tips to assist you with every aspect. Photobooth? Sure! 5 piece band? Let’s do it! Unique theming? Yes please! We can bring your entire event together for you, your only job is to invite the guests and we will do the rest!
Our venue offers flexible spaces designed to adapt to changing conditions. Our team will discuss contingency options during planning to ensure your event runs smoothly.
The venue hire fee covers all the extra bits so there are no hidden fees.
Your final guest number will be finalised 2 weeks out from your event, so you can add or reduce your guest numbers up until that time.
We are a licensed venue, so external catering is not permitted inside Burleigh Pavilion or The Tropic Restaurant. We are unable to have live percussion or brass instruments (including saxophone) play inside our venues. Please discuss with your Event Coordinator any styling elements you have in mind for your event.
To exclusively hire The Tropic Restaurant or Burleigh Pavilion, you are required to pay a venue hire fee in addition to meeting our minimum spend on food and beverage. Our minimum spend pricing fluctuates based on event timings, day of the week, and time of the year. These prices align with the demand of the restaurant.
